If there is one thing that can be said about dieting it has to be that there are many, many unhealthy attempts on losing weight. As the title states, make it a good and healthy diet when you decide to take the step and start losing weight.

So what is the difference between a healthy and unhealthy diet? Well the first sign of an unhealthy diet is the lack of food. You need food to live and be healthy. Stay away from any diet telling you to eat powder mixed with water etc. You can’t live on such a diet the rest of you life and you will eventually gain weight again the moment you start with a solid diet so just stay away from it all together.

Another sign would be a diet telling you to only eat one type of food. Remember your goal should be to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. So you need to be on a diet that gives you vitamins, minerals etc. And yes that includes meat. Be sure to have a broad diet.

Another thing worth mentioning would be all the different kinds of supplements. Many of them promise you all kinds of muscles and fat burning but again, does it sound too good to be true, it usually is. You don’t need supplements to stay healthy. Just be sure to get yourself on a good diet.

A good and healthy diet is not rocket science. Use your common sense. Don’t overdue your fat intake. The same goes for sugar. You can find many good diet programs so there is no excuse not to do it right.
